When you contact us

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, chosen topic, and message. These details are used to receive and respond to your inquiry. Please do not include identity documents, financial account information, or medical information.

Storage and delivery

Messages are stored on our hosting server in a directory outside the public website. An email notification may also be sent to the organization’s contact inbox. Our hosting and email providers process this information to operate the service. We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us through the inquiry form and select general inquiry.

Technical data

The hosting provider may retain standard server logs, including IP addresses and browser request information, for security and website operation. The form uses a hashed network identifier to limit automated submissions. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the information needed to deliver them, including your IP address.

Links to Candid, DonateStock, and other external pages open services with their own privacy policies and terms. Donations are completed on the external giving platform, not on this website. We do not collect payment details here.
